From 6-11th of September an experience exchange visit to the Republic of Austria was organized for the partnering lead farmers in the framework of “Livestock development in Armenia: South-North 2” Project, implemented by “Strategic Development Agency” NGO with the financial support of the Austrian Development Agency (ADA).
The aim of the visit was to initiate the experience exchange for the project beneficiary lead farmers, resulting the establishment of contacts between the farmers and Austrian partners. During the visit lead farmers bought animals and learnt how to apply the innovative and advanced technologies in their businesses. They also had an opportunity to attend the Rieder Messe-2023 agricultural fair, which is mainly focused on animal husbandry, grassland and forestry and established business contacts and mutually beneficial cooperation with the Austrian partners.
