About us
Strategic Development Agency (SDA) is an Armenian non-governmental organization, established in 2002 with the mission to contribute to the country’s socio-economic development. SDA specializes in the design and implementation of innovative, community-based, and participatory projects, alongside conducting high-quality research and analysis, delivering trainings and seminars, and providing business and legal advisory services, as well as facilitating exchanges and partnerships.
Since 2003, SDA has been actively engaged in agricultural and community development initiatives across more than 213 rural settlements of Tavush, Shirak, Lori, Syunik, Vayots Dzor, Ararat, Armavir and Gegharkunik regions.
The organization operates through a dual model: as a traditional NGO implementing development projects, and as a professional business consultancy. Through its consulting division, 3R Strategy Consulting, SDA offers expert services in development strategy formulation, project evaluation, feasibility assessments, capacity building, marketing and business planning, and market research. This unique combination of roles positions SDA at the intersection of public, private, and community interests. By bridging these sectors, SDA designs and implements innovative, collaborative “win-win” initiatives in livestock development, agriculture, regional/community development, and business support infrastructure.
