“Training of Female Entrepreneurs on Computer Skills in the regions of Armenia”

Program was implemented by “3R STRATEGY” LLC, in cooperation with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Business Advisory Services Programme for Armenia funded by EuropeAid, EBRD Early Transition Countries Fund (ETC Fund), Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Taipei China and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) with specific financial assistance of CIDA and ETC Fund within Women Entrepreneurship initiative.

  “Training of Female Entrepreneurs on Computer Skills in the regions of Armenia” program  launched in 13.11.2009 and lasted till 10.03.2010. Target regions are Ijevan, Dilijan and Noyemberyan cities of Tavush marz,  and  Goris, Sisian and Kapan cities of Syunik marz.

Objectives for proposed computer training services rendered to women entrepreneurs in proposed 6 above towns are as follows:

–  raise awareness and computer literacy level among women entrepreneurs in remote regions (such as Tavush and Syunik);

–  strengthening women entrepreneurs’ capacity to raise efficiency of their business operations;

– strengthening capacity of the business itself to sustain in present challenging economic/market situation and develop further

– encouraging and assisting those women entrepreneurs who just started their business initiatives (start-up businesses).
