A tutorial on how to design and serve cheese boards

On November 23, within the framework of “Living Landscapes for Market Development in Armenia” (LILA) project, a training and a visit for an exchange of experiences was organized for the staff of the newly opened “ArtCheese” cheese tasting room.

The exchange of experience was conducted by Sergey Sargsyan, the founder of “Say Cheese”, the first specialized shop of rich variety of cheeses in Armenia.

The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the types of high-value cheeses, the technical knowledge of designing and serving cheese boards, as well as the culture of pairing cheeses with other food.

“Living Landscapes for Market Development in Armenia” project is implemented by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Caucasus and Armenian offices in collaboration with Strategic Development Agency (SDA), funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
