Three-day training course on the topic of “Soft Skills”

On November 08–10, 2021, three-day training on “Soft Skills” was conducted for the employees of the Human Resource Development and Career Orientation division of the Unified Social Service of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and for their regional centers within the framework of the “Skills, Knowledge and Intermediation Development” pilot project. The participants got an opportunity to develop knowledge and skills in communication, presentation and negotiation.

Through various role-plays, exercises, performances and discussions, the participants gained relevant knowledge and got acquainted with the tools that could be used in the future to provide services more effectively, as well as to organize productive trainings for women and youth.

The pilot intervention is implemented by Strategic Development Agency (SDA) NGO in the framework of #RECONOMY – a regional inclusive and green economic development program of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), implemented by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation.
