The objective of this assignment is to provide business coaching services to the shortlisted applicants of the call for grant applications (announced within LEAD4Shirak Project for three Local Action Group (LAG) areas for Community development and Business development initiatives) supporting them in preparation and delivery of full applications with solid and accurate business plans in the scope of their business development initiatives by business coaching and training. More than 60 applicants developed comprehensive full applications along with business plans (including marketing, management, operational and financial plans, as well as aspects of environmental preservation, gender equality and social inclusion) for their specific business idea.
